PERWEB HOSTING reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms of Service. No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to violations.
You agree to use server resources responsibly. PERWEB HOSTING reserves the right to limit resource usage if it negatively impacts other users. At PERWEB HOSTING, Unlimited cPanel Hosting plans include generous features—but not unlimited CPU power. Each account may use up to 1.0 CPU Load. If this limit is consistently exceeded, to protect overall server performance, the corresponding cPanel account must be upgraded to a VPS or Dedicated Server. Our team will guide you through a seamless transition, ensuring better speed, stability, and dedicated resources tailored to your growing needs. Thank you for understanding and cooperating.
While PERWEB HOSTING may perform backups, you are ultimately responsible for backing up your own data. We are not responsible for data loss.
Mandatory Customer Backup : At PERWEB HOSTING, we emphasize the critical importance of data security and redundancy. While we maintain system-level safeguards, customers are solely responsible for creating and maintaining independent, off-site copies of their data.
We require all hosting customers to regularly utilize the cPanel backup utility to generate full account archives and store these backups securely on their local computer or device. This mandatory practice ensures you have an immediate and complete data recovery source independent of our hosting infrastructure.
Automatic Deletion of Stored Backups : To maintain optimal server performance and sufficient disk space for all users, any cPanel backup file generated and stored within your hosting account will be automatically and permanently deleted after forty-eight (48) hours.
Customers must download their cPanel backup file immediately upon generation to avoid loss. Customers must also delete the generated cPanel backup from the server. PERWEB HOSTING will not be able to recover any backup files deleted under this policy.
PERWEB HOSTING provides services "as is" and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime or that our services will be error-free.
PERWEB HOSTING shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold PERWEB HOSTING harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services.
